Hi, I'm Yadira. This is my family's story.
Two homelands, one table, in Costa Mesa for over forty years.
A passion that started with my father.
Pasta Connection was born right here in Costa Mesa, inspired by my father's passion for food and culture. From the first day, the idea was simple. Cook the food we grew up on, treat every guest like family, and never cut a corner you can taste.
For over forty years, we have proudly served breakfast, lunch, and dinner to this neighborhood. What started as my father's dream became a place where two homelands sit on one table. The traditions of Italy and the flavors of Argentina, side by side, with a touch of SoCal warmth that could only come from here.
I grew up in this kitchen, and I still work alongside my family in it. From hand-rolled pasta to savory empanadas, every dish reflects the care, tradition, and joy of sharing food with the people you love. That is the part you cannot put on a menu, and it is the part our guests come back for.
The same Cerrini machines, all these years.
We still craft all of our pasta in-house, using the same Cerrini pasta machines that have been with us since the beginning. They have rolled tortellini, ravioli, and fettuccine for more than four decades, and they are not for show. They are how we keep the pasta fresh, the texture right, and the recipes honest to the way my father taught us.
When you taste the Speciale or a plate of empanadas with chimichurri, you are tasting a recipe that has not changed because it never needed to. Two homelands, one kitchen, one family that is still here every day.

Taste forty years of our family's kitchen.
Pull up a chair for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The pasta is fresh, the empanadas are cooked to order, and the welcome is the same one my father started.
